The main concept was to merge the Public and private so
well that it could does not interfare but still plays well with
the function of the building. The image of the building is
made to look like the surrounding but still serves a very
different experience or function then its urban context .
Users
The users :- public , Office Staff , Artists , Students with all of them having very different
functions or role in the functioning of an art & cultural center.

Goal
The goal of an artand cultural center is to foster a greater appreciation andunderstanding of the arts and culture among the community services.
