This is a project made for Uttam birla architects competition by Mangalam Cement Limited and entry in the name of aayojan school of architecture in the team of three people as mentioned in the presentation .

Site
The 6.75-hectare site is located in the heart of Meerut city.
It has primary access from a 21meter-wide road in the west and entry exit in multiple directions(marked in red dot),
respectively, as per the attached plan.

Introduction
The fair features shops for Lucknow's Chikan work, Moradabad's brassware, Varanasi's carpets, rugs, silk sarees, Agra's footwear, Kanpur's leather items, and other products ,Meerut's products are also sold. Giant rides, wheels, circus, and various other recreational arenas where artists perform stunts, remain a big attraction of the fair.
Background
The Nauchandi Mela is an annual fair held at Nauchandi Ground in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The fair stretches for about a month and is organized by the Municipal Corporation of Meerut. The main exhibits are the artistic and religious rituals followed in rustic Uttar Pradesh. The fair witness more than 50,000 visitors every year.
